Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Recruiting Today website and services, operated by Lead Alchemy LLC ("we," "us"), Fort Myers, Florida. By requesting a pilot or using our services, you agree to these terms.

The service

Recruiting Today contacts, screens, and books interviews with people who applied to your own job postings, using AI-powered calls, texts, emails, and job-board messages, in English and Spanish. The service is operated either inside your own hiring accounts (such as Indeed) with your permission, or on applicant lists you provide to us — whichever you and we agree to. You remain the employer of record for all hiring decisions.

Free pilot

The free 7-day pilot runs on your live applicants at no charge and with no card required. You keep every interview it books, whether or not you continue. Either side may end the pilot at any time. Pilots are subject to reasonable availability and a working supply of applicants to contact.

Pricing

• Monthly plan: $500 one-time setup, then $997/month per location, covering all open roles at that location. Month-to-month; cancel anytime effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Performance plan: $50 per qualified booked interview — a candidate who passed your screening questions and was booked onto your calendar. The daily report is the shared record of booked interviews.

Your responsibilities

• You own (or are authorized to use) the hiring accounts, job postings, and any applicant lists you provide, and you authorize us to work with them on your behalf.
• Your job postings and screening questions are accurate and lawful, and all hiring decisions are yours.
• You will tell us promptly if you want any applicant excluded from contact.

Our responsibilities

• We contact only people who applied to your own postings.
• Calls are recorded, with disclosure and consent handled as required by applicable law, and stop or do-not-call requests are honored immediately.
• We handle applicant information only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

No guarantee of hires

We work to book qualified interviews quickly, but hiring outcomes depend on your postings, applicant flow, market conditions, and your own interviews. We do not guarantee any specific number of interviews, shows, or hires, except as expressly stated in a written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Alchemy LLC's total liability arising out of the services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end service for non-payment or misuse. On termination, we stop contacting your applicants and return or delete applicant data on request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.
