Recruiting Today is an AI recruiting service operated by Lead Alchemy LLC ("we," "us"), Fort Myers, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and through our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect on this website
When you submit our pilot-request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, the role(s) you're hiring for, your work email, and (optionally) your phone number. If you call us, we receive the information you share and your phone number.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and set up or discuss your pilot or service.
- To contact you about your inquiry by email, phone, or text.
- To operate and improve our website and services.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-processing service that transmits your submission to our email. Our website is hosted by Render and served through Cloudflare. The anonymous usage counts described below are stored on Supabase. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services.
Candidate and applicant information
When we provide recruiting services to a client, we contact and screen people who applied to that client's own job postings. We process applicant information (such as applications, résumés, contact details, screening answers, and call recordings) on the client's behalf and under the client's direction, solely to provide the service. Calls may be recorded, with disclosure and consent handled as required by applicable law. If you are an applicant and want your information corrected or deleted, contact us at the email below or ask the employer you applied to, and we will act on the request promptly. Applicants can opt out of further contact at any time by saying "stop" or asking not to be contacted again — we honor those requests immediately.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies, and it does not use tracking cookies of any kind.
We do keep a simple, anonymous count of how the page is used — for example that a page was viewed, that someone pressed play on the video, or that someone clicked through to book a call. These records contain no personal information: no name, no email, no IP address, no cookie, no device fingerprint, and nothing that could be traced back to an individual visitor. Where a visitor arrived from is reduced to a website name only (for example "google.com"), and the device is recorded only as mobile, tablet or desktop. We use this to understand whether the page is working, nothing else, and we do not share it.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and operate the business, and applicant information only as long as needed to provide the service to our client or as required by law.
Your choices
- You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- You may ask us to correct or delete your information.
- You may opt out of further contact at any time.

Children
Our website and services are for businesses and working-age job applicants; they are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
